Welcome to my Blog!

I am a psychotherapist in private practice in Sacramento, CA. I have various professional interests, including caregiving, aging and eldercare issues, couples, dilemmas of adolescence, grief and loss, and men’s issues. I also work with a myriad of other issues not listed here. I’ve been working as a psychotherapist since 2001 and in private practice since 2002. I work with adults, couples, groups, families and teens as young as twelve.

I am also a registered nurse with an extensive background in various health and illness issues. I find that my nursing background brings an added dimension and tremendous value to my work with clients.
